We received a request for two types of power supplies with output voltages of 24V and 48V, under the conditions of the same shape, the same input voltage range, and the same output power. Therefore, we implemented two output circuits of 24V/5A and achieved 24V/10A or 48V/5A output by switching between parallel and series operation through internal wiring changes. We would like to introduce a case study on the development and design of our "Ultra-Thin DC Stabilized Power Supply." To achieve redundancy in the power supply system within a limited space, there was a requirement for a slim design.
